Common questions

How do I get an account?
Contact us by email to register a fleet or personal tracking account. After your account is created, log in at gps.trackking.co or use the Trackking iOS/Android app.

I forgot my password.
Use the password recovery option on the login page, or email us from your registered account email address.

The app shows a blank screen.
Check your internet connection, confirm you can open https://gps.trackking.co/mobile/tracking.php in a browser, then restart the app.

How do I add a GPS device?
Device installation and SIM/APN setup depend on your tracker model. Contact support with your device IMEI and we will guide you.
